About the project
Twinom is an AI agent built by Seedra for online stores. It answers customers on WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger instantly and around the clock, using the store's real prices and stock. It records orders, handles returns, and hands the conversation back to the owner when it isn't sure.
We created the name, logo, visual identity and website. The goal was a brand that feels calm, clear and trustworthy, so that a small store owner sees a helpful assistant and not a complex piece of technology. We kept the system to black and white with a small red signal, used one typeface, and let the product's promise lead in every message: customers write, Twinom replies.
